Feminine Strong was developed with a mission to help women be their strongest and most confident selves while achieving and maintaining an aesthetic of which they can be proud. We believe that building strength allows women to become more in touch with their innate confidence, femininity, and strength. This is achieved through a comprehensive system of hands-on education, in-person training, and lifestyle modification. Our clients are consistently able to set and surpass goals without compromising their quality of life or innate femininity. Our evidence-based approach integrates research and personal expertise to help the client meet her goals in a way that is manageable and sustainable.

As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I’m on a mission to help women discover their inner strength and empower them to feel confident, strong, and sexy all while honoring their innate femininity and understanding their unique goals. I specialize in creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans that not only sculpt toned physiques but also boost self-esteem, energy and quality of life. Together, we'll break through barriers, crush goals, and uncover the best version of yourself.

Having 13 years of varsity and collegiate sport experience including varsity basketball, lacrosse, softball, I understand the unique needs and challenges that women face on their fitness journey. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, you'll always find a welcoming and non-judgmental environment in my sessions.

My evidence based approach to training and nutrition is all about balance and sustainability. I believe in nourishing your body with wholesome foods and empowering workouts that leave you feeling energized, not depleted. Together, we'll create a plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, making healthy living feel effortless and enjoyable.
