💪Nutrition Guide: Fuel your body for success with our comprehensive nutrition guide. Discover delicious, healthy recipes and practical tips to optimize your eating habits and fuel your workouts for maximum results.

💪Accountability: Say goodbye to excuses! Our accountability system ensures you stay focused and accountable to your goals. From weekly check-ins to progress tracking, we'll keep you motivated and accountable throughout the entire challenge.

  • Challenge begins May 20 and ends on June 28th!

  • Winner of the challenge will gain free entry into the next challenge! Progress will be tracked using a point system that tracks food logged, workouts completed, water intake, and weekly measurements/photos.

  • Sessions are limited to a max of 8 people

  • Sessions are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm at North Park Fitness (UPSTAIRS)
